God's Love Is My Comfort

“He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battles that are against me, for there were many against me.”

Healing in your life is assured when you look to the heavens for solace. God’s love is your comfort. He takes care of your emotional well-being.

Disrupted relationships are challenging to handle on your own. Whenever your heart breaks from adverse circumstances, turn to God for consolation. Knowing that you have His unconditional love calms your emotional turmoil.

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” Isaiah 26:3 (ESV)

The sacrifice of Jesus on the cross is a reminder of how important you are to God. It reminds you that you always have somewhere to turn when you are feeling hopeless or lonely.

Sometimes your friends are unable to understand what you are going through. The only listening ear that knows exactly what you are feeling is the heavenly Father’s. You can go to Him with complex issues that you are unable to figure out on your own.

Knowing that God loves you and guides you in forgiving your own missteps. Whenever you do something hurtful or someone does something painful to you, you can immediately pray for forgiveness and deliverance.

When you sincerely ask God to help you to forgive, I believe that His love delivers you from any guilt. Your commitment thereafter is to live according to His teachings. You can be assured that you are serving Him when you follow the plans or steps of Christ.

“He redeems my soul in safety from the battle that I wage, for many are arrayed against me.” Psalms 55:18 (ESV)

The love that God has for Jesus passes down to you because you am one of His children. Knowing that you have someone who welcomes you with open arms is comforting.

Today, look up to God whenever your soul feels disquieted. His everlasting love pours down on you and gives you rest. I love the bond that I share with Him.
